Machine polish
The bodywork on this Mercedes was subject to heavy swirling from poor maintenance methods of car washes and was due for a deep polish. A dual stage machine polish was implemented to clear heavy swirling and refine the bodywork for a stunning gloss final. For stage 1, a heavy cutting microfibre polishing pad was used with Carpro clear cut to defeat the worst of the swirling. Stage 2 consisted of a medium/light finishing pad using Auto Finesse step 2 to refine and restore gloss back in the paint.
Coating
Pre-coating all surfaces were prepped for ceramic using Gyeon Quartz prep spray to remove any residue/oils left on the paint using brand new plush microfibre towels. The glass, paintwork and wheels were all coated in this application using the Carbon Collective range. Surfaces were left to cure overnight before reinstalling the wheels and applying a finishing coat of Gyeon Quartz tyre dressing to finish.
